JOIN OUR ‘GROUP’ SESSIONS TO ENHANCE YOUR WELL-BEING

Group sessions are held in the Sound Studio in Speers Point NSW: Price: $50 per person. Mon: 3.30 - 4.45pm  Wed: 4.00 - 5.15pm  Fri: 5.30 - 6.45pm Duration: 75mins.

● Group sessions are held for up to 12 people.

● You are required to bring a blanket with you if you think that you might get cold.

● There are neck supports provided, but if you want to bring your own cushion / pillow, you may.

● There are comfortable beds provided to lie on. If you are unable to lie down, and require a seated position, we will need to know when you fill out the client intake form.

● Please be on time, as arriving late will disrupt the energy of the group.

 ● Wear comfortable clothing.

● You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering, both for comfort and also to reduce noise in the session room.

● We ask you to respect others while taking part.

● We also ask that you keep quiet and refrain from talking to allow people to stay focused and meditative during the session.

● A session cannot be transferred to another person without consent from ‘The Sound & Cacao Sage’, as Intake forms are specific to each individual.

● If you have allergies we need to be made aware of, please provide that information on the Intake Form. We use Rice Milk for the Cacao drink, no dairy is used.

● Before we begin, everyone will be asked to consent to being touched on the shoulder by the person next to them if you fall asleep and start to snore loudly. While we are happy that you are comfortable and relaxed, the snoring may be irritating to those around you. The sound vibrations will work regardless of you being awake or asleep, but most people will find themselves somewhere between conscious and unconscious during the session due to the relaxation factor of sound frequencies.

● At the end of the session we ask you to take 5 to 10 mins to slowly recover from the session. Some people find the experience so relaxing that they need that time to recover before they drive a car. This is required by all people who attend a session, allowing us to take any ailments you may have into consideration.
