1:1 Session

JOIN OUR ‘PERSONAL’ SESSION TO ENHANCE YOUR WELL-BEING

1:1 sessions are held in the Sound Studio in Speers Point NSW: Price: $85 per person. Duration: 90mins. 

● 1:1 sessions are held for One or max: Two people.

● You are required to bring a blanket with you if you think that you might get cold.

● There are neck supports provided, but if you want to bring your own cushion / pillow, you may.

● There are comfortable beds provided to lie on. If you are unable to lie down, and require a seated position, we will need to know when you fill out the client intake form.

● Please be on time.

 ● Wear comfortable clothing.

● You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering, both for comfort and also to reduce noise in the session room.

● We also ask that you keep quiet and refrain from talking to stay focused and meditative during the session.

● A session cannot be transferred to another person without consent from ‘The Sound & Cacao Sage’, as Intake forms are specific to each individual.

● If you have allergies we need to be made aware of, please provide that information on the Intake Form. We use Rice Milk for the Cacao drink, no dairy is used.

● At the end of the session we ask you to take 5 to 10 mins to slowly recover from the session. Some people find the experience so relaxing that they need that time to recover before they drive a car. Please click on the link below to fill out the “Client Intake” form and submit it with your payment. This is required by all people who attend a session, allowing us to take any ailments you may have into consideration.
